Check DSSTox database freshness

Compares the installed DSSTox database metadata against the latest DSSTox Clowder ZIP signal used by the rolling database build workflow.

Usage

dss_diag_freshness(path = dss_path())

Arguments

path

Path to a DSSTox .duckdb file. Defaults to dss_path().

Value

Invisibly, a named list with local version, upstream version, file age, status, and guidance.
