Check ECOTOX database freshness — eco_diag_freshness • ComptoxR

Compares the installed ECOTOX database metadata against the latest ECOTOX ASCII release slug used by the rolling database build workflow.

Usage

eco_diag_freshness(path = eco_path())

Arguments

path: Path to an ECOTOX .duckdb file. Defaults to eco_path().

Value

Invisibly, a named list with local version, upstream version, file age, status, and guidance.
