Use the ClassyFire API to classify a chemical structure

This function takes a SMILES string as input, submits it to ClassyFire, polls for the result, and returns the classification.

Usage

util_classyfire(query)

Arguments

query

A character vector of SMILES strings to classify.

Value

A list containing the ClassyFire classification results.
