Check ToxValDB database freshness

Compares the installed ToxValDB metadata against the latest ToxValDB version present on the public Clowder endpoint used by the source build.

Usage

toxval_diag_freshness(path = toxval_path())

Arguments

path

Path to a ToxValDB .duckdb file. Defaults to toxval_path().

Value

Invisibly, a named list with local version, upstream version, file age, status, and guidance.
