Search ToxValDB by DTXSID — toxval_search • ComptoxR

Searches the toxval table by one or more DTXSIDs and returns matching records with the default column set.

Usage

toxval_search(dtxsid, limit = 100000L, con = NULL)

Arguments

dtxsid: A character vector of DTXSIDs (e.g., "DTXSID7020182").
limit: Maximum number of rows to return. Default 1000.
con: An optional DBI::DBIConnection.

Value

A tibble of matching records (default columns).
